With the school year newly beginning, Leopold’s mass media class is back and ready to report.

This year’s class may be small, but they are determined to continue the tradition of the weekly Wildcats and create the yearbook for students to look back on in future years.

Two seniors and one junior are participating in the mass media class this year. The seniors are Byran Saputo and Madison Massa. Elise VanderMierden is the sole junior in the class.

The mass media class is led by Mrs. Stacy Halter. This will be her sixth year instructing this class.

These three mass media members will sell advertisements for the yearbook, take pictures at every athletic and academic event, interview their fellow students for the Wildcat newsletter and create the 2024-2025 yearbook. When asked about her thoughts for this year, VanderMierden said, “I know we will all put in the effort to make the best yearbook this year!”
