Meet Bella Ackman, a standout senior in Meadow Heights FFA. Balancing academics, extracurriculars, and work, she plans to pursue criminal justice at Southeast Missouri State and aims to become a law enforcement officer.

This week’s SAE spotlight is Bella Ackman, the daughter of Robert and Brandi Ackman of Patton.

Bella is a four year, senior member of the Meadow Heights FFA Chapter and has earned her Greenhand, chapter and county degrees.

Bella’s supervised agricultural experiences include employment at Mary Jane’s Burger and Brew and self-employment selling baked goods. She has participated on the state level food science and district level floriculture and dairy foods career development events and has been recognized with the Chapter Scholarship award, with the highest GPA of her class.

Other activities she is involved in include BETA, FCCLA, volleyball, Smokebusters, school newspaper and yearbook. In her free time, she enjoys baking and spending time with family and friends. After graduation plans include attending Southeast Missouri State University, majoring in criminal justice. She then plans to attend the law enforcement academy and become an officer.
